These juicy turkey meatballs are a healthier twist on the classic Italian meatball. Made with ground turkey, herbs, and breadcrumbs, they’re perfect for pasta or appetizers.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Combine turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
