  • Author: Chef Emy
  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

These juicy turkey meatballs are a healthier twist on the classic Italian meatball. Made with ground turkey, herbs, and breadcrumbs, they’re perfect for pasta or appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly coat with cooking spray.
  2. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
