Homemade Pizza Rolls

Delicious bite-sized pizza rolls filled with gooey cheese and savory toppings, perfect for snacking or parties.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into small squares.
  3. Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each square, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
