For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into small squares.
- Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each square, then top with cheese and pepperoni.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
