For the Crust:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices salami
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, and bell peppers on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillings.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, sealing the edges.
  7. Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
