For the Crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices salami
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer pepperoni, salami, mozzarella cheese, and bell peppers on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the fillings.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
