For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the pot. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
