For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add egg noodles, stir to coat, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
