For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, chicken broth, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles, stir to coat, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
