For the Crust:
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix tuna, kimchi, mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the tortilla wraps and evenly distribute the shredded lettuce and carrots on each.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the center of each wrap.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
