For the Crust:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped apples and water. Cook over medium heat until the apples soften, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Mash the apples with a fork or blend lightly for a smoother texture. Stir in the chopped mint leaves and lemon juice.
  3. Add honey if desired for extra sweetness. Let cool before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
