For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Extra whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin or small dessert cups to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Layer the pudding mixture over the crust, then top with banana slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with extra whipped topping before serving.
