For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Extra whipped topping for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin or small dessert cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  5. Layer the pudding mixture over the crust, then top with banana slices.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra whipped topping before serving.
