For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
