For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
