For the Crust:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 48 mini chocolate chips
- 24 chocolate candy eyes
- 24 thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Immediately press two mini chocolate chips into each cookie for eyes, and insert pretzel pieces around the sides for legs.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
