  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free optional)
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, milk, and instant pudding mix until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  3. Layer the pudding mixture with sliced bananas and crushed graham crackers in serving dishes.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
