- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (sugar-free optional)
- 1 cup whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, milk, and instant pudding mix until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- Layer the pudding mixture with sliced bananas and crushed graham crackers in serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
