For the Crust:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture until it forms a thick, creamy foam with soft peaks.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving room at the top.
- Spoon or pour the pumpkin cream foam over the cold brew.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
