For the Crust:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture until it forms a thick, creamy foam with soft peaks.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice and pour cold brew coffee over the ice, leaving room at the top.
  4. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cream foam over the cold brew.
  5. Sprinkle with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
