Delicious no-bake pumpkin-flavored Oreo balls coated in white chocolate for a festive treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (14.3 oz) package Oreo cookies
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Return to baking sheet and let set.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
