- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Optional toppings: whipped cream, pecans, extra cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and chia seeds in a jar or container.
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined and no dry spots remain.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir before serving and add desired toppings.
