For the Crust:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
