Rosemary Garlic Pull Apart Bread

For the Crust:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Mix to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
  3. Punch down dough. Roll into small balls. Mix remaining butter with garlic and rosemary. Dip each ball in the mixture and layer in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375Β°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
