For the Crust:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter. Mix to form a dough. Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down dough. Roll into small balls. Mix remaining butter with garlic and rosemary. Dip each ball in the mixture and layer in a greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375Β°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
