A simple and flavorful sautéed cabbage dish that makes a great side or light main course.

For the Crust:
- 1 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced cabbage, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
- Drizzle with apple cider vinegar, stir, and cook for 1 more minute before serving.
