For the Crust:
- 3 cups corn chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 250Β°F (120Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine corn chex cereal, pretzel sticks, and peanuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, stir in candy corn and mini marshmallows. Store in an airtight container.
