For the Crust:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Toss sausage, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and red onion with olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
  3. Spread in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until vegetables are tender and sausage is browned.
  4. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
