For the Crust:
- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Toss sausage, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and red onion with olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Spread in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until vegetables are tender and sausage is browned.
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
