A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy southwest sauce.

For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice into strips.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and hot sauce (if using) to make the southwest sauce.
- Warm the tortillas slightly. Spread a spoonful of the southwest sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, red onion, chicken strips, and cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately.
