A simple and delicious no-fuss dessert with layers of strawberry, cheesecake, and cake mix for a sweet treat.

For the Crust:
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the strawberry layer.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer. Drizzle the melted butter on top, covering as much of the cake mix as possible.
- If using, sprinkle sliced almonds over the top for added crunch.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
