For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine ketchup, honey, sriracha, and soy sauce. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the glaze until evenly coated. Serve warm.
