Description

A tart and fresh relish made with cranberries and oranges, perfect for holidays.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Wash the cranberries and remove any stems.
  2. In a food processor, combine the cranberries and orange sections.
  3. Pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Stir in the sugar until well mixed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
