A tart and fresh relish made with cranberries and oranges, perfect for holidays.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Wash the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a food processor, combine the cranberries and orange sections.
- Pulse until finely chopped.
- Stir in the sugar until well mixed.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
This relish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. Adjust sugar to taste for tartness.
