Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cutting the beefsteak tomatoes into wedges and dicing the peach. If youβre using fresh corn, carefully remove the kernels from the cob.
- Combine the Salad: In a medium bowl, combine the tomato wedges, diced peach, and corn kernels. Sprinkle with kosher salt to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients.
