A delicious twist on classic lasagna with garlic-infused chicken rolled into twirls.
Ingredients

- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, minced garlic, ricotta cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture on each noodle and roll into twirls; place in the baking dish.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and cheeses.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
