Description

Elegant tartlets featuring creamy brie cheese topped with tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings or appetizers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares. Place squares on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top each pastry square with a cube of Brie and a spoonful of cranberry mixture.
  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
