Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- For Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oil to 350Β°F.
- Bread chicken: Dip in flour, egg, then coconut.
- Fry until golden, about 4-5 min.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Toss fried chicken in sauce.
