Description

Crispy coconut chicken bites tossed in a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce for a delicious appetizer or meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying
  • For Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil to 350Β°F.
  2. Bread chicken: Dip in flour, egg, then coconut.
  3. Fry until golden, about 4-5 min.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients.
  5. Toss fried chicken in sauce.

Notes

Serve hot with chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
