Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced pears and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a slice of brie and caramelized pears in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry corners to form a puff and seal edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Drizzle with warm honey before serving.
