Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey, warmed
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced pears and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a slice of brie and caramelized pears in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the pastry corners to form a puff and seal edges.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Drizzle with warm honey before serving.

Notes
