Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Place the potato wedges in a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are golden and tender.
