- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
