- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- For frosting: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in pineapple and coconut.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the mixture.
- Spread batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.

- For frosting: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth, then spread over bars.
