Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the cream of mushroom soup.
  5. Layer the cabbage mixture in a greased casserole dish, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
