- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped cabbage with the cream of mushroom soup.
- Layer the cabbage mixture in a greased casserole dish, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
- Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
