- 4 pounds boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay turkey breast flat on a cutting board and pound to an even thickness.
- Spread herb butter mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll up the turkey breast and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
- Place roulade in a roasting pan and pour wine and broth over it.
- Roast for 45-60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For best results, let the roulade rest before slicing to retain juices. Serve with roasted vegetables or a creamy sauce.
