Description

A flavorful turkey roulade filled with herb butter, perfect for holiday dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey breast, butterflied
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and sage), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • Kitchen twine for tying

Instructions

  1. Butterfly the turkey breast and pound to an even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the herb butter over the turkey breast and layer with prosciutto.
  4. Roll the turkey tightly and tie with kitchen twine.
  5. Roast in a preheated oven at 375Β°F for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh herbs. Can be served with gravy.
