- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Mix Parmesan, herbs, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss wedges in the mixture to coat evenly.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
