Description

Crispy potato wedges coated in a flavorful herb and Parmesan mixture, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Mix Parmesan, herbs, oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss wedges in the mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
