- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey until well combined, then remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with the honey garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the carrots evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
