- 2 pounds carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a large bowl, toss carrots with honey, butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh thyme before baking.
