- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling:
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and one egg until smooth. Set aside.
- Mix the dry ingredients:
- In another bowl, combine flour, chopped pecans, and baking powder.
- Combine wet ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, the remaining egg, and vanilla extract.
- Assemble muffins:
