- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp garlic & ginger powder
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Season the salmon, then marinate in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 min per side.
- Serve over rice with avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
