- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
- Add burrata cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
- Serve immediately.
