  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and top with sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
  5. Add burrata cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes
