- 4 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped basil.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and remaining basil, sauté for 1 minute.
- Top each chicken cutlet with sliced tomatoes, burrata cheese, and the garlic-basil mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.
