Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped basil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and remaining basil, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Top each chicken cutlet with sliced tomatoes, burrata cheese, and the garlic-basil mixture.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, high-quality burrata and ripe tomatoes. Pair with a side of pasta or salad.
