- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, coconut, pecans, and sugar.
- Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
