  • 4large egg yolks
  • 1can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cupfreshly squeezed key lime juice
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom and sides of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice; whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
