Description
Fresh salmon rolls infused with lemon and basil for a light and flavorful dish.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large lettuce leaves for wrapping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place basil leaves on top of each fillet.
- Roll each fillet tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear rolls for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Notes
For a healthier option, use wild-caught salmon and add more herbs for extra flavor.
