Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the maple extract.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let cool, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
- Store in an airtight container.
