- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
