Description

Irresistible meatballs in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce that’s sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, and chicken broth to the skillet. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and meatballs are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Serve with pasta or garlic bread for a complete meal. Adjust seasoning to taste.
