Ingredients

  • 2 cups hummus
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. Arrange pita triangles on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and oregano.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy; set aside.
  4. In a serving dish, spread hummus as the base layer.
