- 2 cups hummus
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 pita breads, cut into triangles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Arrange pita triangles on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and oregano.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy; set aside.
- In a serving dish, spread hummus as the base layer.
- Add layers of diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
