Instructions

- Season the beef tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef on all sides for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Transfer to a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve with butter.
