Description

These mini Christmas wreaths are a festive appetizer made with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh herbs, arranged in a wreath shape for a holiday presentation.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Assorted crackers or cucumber slices, for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture on a platter in a circle to form the base of the wreath.
  3. Arrange smoked salmon slices on top, folding them to create layers.
  4. Garnish with additional herbs for decoration.
  5. Serve with crackers or cucumber slices.
