Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh mint leaves (muddled)
  • ¾ cupgranulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cupsfiltered cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the lemons and mint leaves.
  2. Juice the lemons to yield approximately 1 cup of juice.
  3. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves with sugar to release their oils.
  4. Combine the lemon juice and cold water in the pitcher, stirring until sugar dissolves completely.
